A great venue to have a workout. Lots of rooms with a variety of free weights and machines and great aerobic equipment. Lots of natural light as tons of windows and the staff are awesome. I travel a lot and are many gyms and this ranks up as one of my favourites.

Went to Christina at Thumbs up Therapy after injuring my lower back 2 weeks ago. The relief and improvement right after my appointment was amazing. The perfect combination of a pressure point and relaxation massage. I will definitely be going back! ???

Was in this shop two days ago, around june 20th. I took a chance and let the student, Autumn I think her name was, cut my hair. She really took her time, about an hour, to gently coax and prune my frizzy mane and help me get my layers back in the right places. Then her teacher and I believe the owner of the shop came and did some final touches and further tutor her student. I was extremely impressed with this shop and hope you never leave! See you again!

Loved every moment of 1 month stay. Incredible view from balcony. Awesome establishment and grounds, hard to be beat. Steve and Carolyn have loads of info to enhance your travels in the area and beyond. Delicious food provided, and the rooms are immaculate and comfortable.
