Randy fought a speeding ticket for our 20 year old son, he was professional and straight forward with all communications. There was no confusion or wondering as he covered all the bases. The outcome my son received was one that Randy explained from the start and we were more than happy with it. After a couple of years of trying to find a stylist in the north end, I had given up the hope that I would ever get a haircut that would address my hair challenges. My search is over!!!I have just gotten home from my first appointment at Rock It Out Salon and I absolutely LOVE my hair, I am sooooooo happy.My appointment was with Amanda,who knows what she is doing and I have to mention the Receptionist, so friendly not phony friendly, genuinely friendly. I look forward to returning to this salon
