Just so grateful to the delivery drivers! With all the postal services slow due to lockdown and crazy restrictions I can honestly say that every parcel get to me on time or the next day. They always keep me informed so I never need to call n see what’s happening. And if I didn’t receive in the couple days time, they offer a refund. (Never had to do that).
Nothing is ever damaged. They don’t ring bell and that would be nice but other than that, just happy and grateful.

My basement flooded last year. I've never had to deal with restoration or insurance before so I had no clue what I was supposed to do or how to do it, or even who to call! I called Belfor and I am SO happy with that choice. Not only were they there promptly and continued to help me throughout the process of this situation, I actually felt like they cared!
