James was very good from start to finish. Always informative and kept me up to date. In that moment I was never made to feel like a number. However, up until a week ago, they have made me feel like I was just another quota they were meeting for the end of the month. I sent an email about a discrepancy and they have never responded. Very disappointing. Overall the service was good and James was professional and honest.

Best service I've got in a long time.Honest and fair. Because he was behind a little with another car my pick up time got moved ahead by 2 hours. He apologized and offered to bring my car to me. I told him that was not necessary but appreciated the offer. I know he felt bad about it. Will not think twice about going to him again.Will also recommend his garage to everyone I know. As a 68 year old widow I was intimidated by changing the battery and did not have the proper tool. He completely looked after it for me. It was a small purchase but huge to me in terms of service. Highly recommend this shop for all your battery needs.
