A few years back I had these guys replace a gas furnace in one of my rentals. I was really impressed on how quickly they were able to get at it, how fast they did the job, and how affordable it was. I recently went to Ashley Home store in Kamloops, just looking. My sales person, Louise, was super professional and very helpful. She was able to work with my needs and I ended up buying. This place is great. I was travelling through Clearwater BC in my 1979 Chevy Motorhome and my front brakes seized. Like everywhere since the pandemic they were short staffed. Their service calendar was booked solid for weeks. They agreed to take a quick look to see what was wrong. I needed brake lines. Break lines ordered but still no available appointment. The person working the counter agreed to appointment so I could get going. Again this is a great place with great staff.

Askew's Downtown is where I shop alot and it has managed to retain the "Corner store" small town feeling. The service is second to none and the store is clean and always well stocked. The staff is a part of the community and they make you feel like you're at home. If you want a store that does everything possible to make shopping a fun thing to do Askew's Downtown has it down pat:)
