Awesome service ! Don & his son have done plumbing for me & I can honestly say, I’ve never met more professional & polite tradesmen, great work & pricing. Always good for a few laughs during their visits. My dad lives in Millbrook & they came all the way from Whitby to fix his problem, within a couple of hours not days ! And not with the overinflated emergency price that usually goes with it ! Great service ! Highly recommended !

Rick was at our house in only one hour. Once I answered his questions, and he looked into the situation, he made good and honest recommendations. He did not try to offer expensive/ unnecessary procedures; he was just honest and straightforward. A refreshing experience! I honestly don’t understand some of the previous reviews. I called with an issue, received a callback the very next day, and had someone at my house just a few hours later.
Doug’s sons were friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to help. As it turned out, my problem didn’t actually require a plumber, but they still did everything they could to assist and helped get the issue resolved.
