Moved from Dallas, Texas to Vancouver, BC. Booked a moth prior.
The office coordinated very well with me, packing was very neatly done, care
was taken by the crew, friendly and hardworking. Loaded the truck me the next day, again a swift service.
My delivery arrived as scheduled in Vancouver. just finished unpacking and all seems to be well.

Fantastic office and handled my insurance with care. Very knowledeable- even realized my safe driving discount was not as high as it was supposed to be and got me more off of my car insurance! Nice, beautiful office with very friendly staff. Very happy to have BCAA so close to my home!

Always courteous, always willing to closely listen and add remarks that fit the situation, and even told me there was no problems with my car when I went there for a tuneup. Just adjusted one little thing and sent me on my way. Budget Brake and Muffler is an excellent place for your car for any issues and I���ve been going there while living in Coquitlam and now Maple Ridge for 12 years.

I have been dealing with Niko's for many years and I have to say the service level has always been excellent. They always have a great assortment of chemicals and equipment and if they do not have it at the time you come in they are working on getting it in while you are still at the shop. Immigrating can be a stressful experience; there is reams of information available to you and it is often conflicting. It is also hard to talk with CIC as their lines are often busy and they cannot, understandably, offer advice.
However talking to Bell Alliance helped me (multiple times) to understand exactly what information meant and what was possible. It was also refreshing to speak to a human, not people only interested in your money.
If you want peace of mind, give these guys a call!
