She is aware of my spine issues and makes sure that I am comfortable in the chair. She is professional and thorough and the whole experience is very pleasant. I've been practicing hot yoga for 5 years now and have never found a place to call my yoga home until I found Breathe. The interior itself is absolutely stunning, the whole pace is immaculately clean, the classes and instructors are all great - lots of variety and every class and teacher is completely different. The studio itself is second to none! The soft candlelight makes it feel like you're engulfed in a cocoon - a really great smelling cocoon (unheard of for hot yoga!!). The front desk staff is always extremely friendly too. The best part though is that they're opening a 2nd location in McKenzie Towne! I can hardly wait. I'm sure it'll be even better. Thank you for being you, Breathe Hot Yoga!
