We walked in to see the car ( Scion 2015 FRS) for my son.Mick, came to say hello and very friendly and accommodating guy. Helped us with everything we needed to see and know. A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away.

Excellent service, great attitude and very honest. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone and will be doing so. I have always had great service at all of the Kal Tire locations I have been too. This is my first visit to this location and was a great experience. Thanks for the great work.
