I receive excellent service from the employees at ARN's. There is a caveat. I receive excellent service once I get the attention of an employee. I have been there three times and each time I stand around waiting for help and have to go aggressively ask for assistance. People walk by and say hi but don't ask if I need help. I don't want to bother those that are busy or helping other people so I let them say hi and keep walking. Besides that, impeccable service!

Top notch customer service! I needed a battery replaced but unable to get my car boosted/started to get there. They offered to come to me to get it up and running so I could get it there. In the end it had to be towed. But they got the work done in record time as I had my vehicle back before the end of day. Thank you and your crew!

My wife and I got introduced to them by a friend and so far my car has enjoyed proper care through their expert and prompt services. Also, their attitude towards customers is so warm and friendly. Best experience I’ve had with a dealership in Alberta by far. Randy, the Business Manager, was so easy to work with and was such a gentleman. Ryan also helped to make sure the whole process went smoothly and made sure everything was in order. Peter, our Sales Rep, was a star! He went above and beyond to ensure our customer satisfaction, which we were extremely happy with and grateful for.
This is the only dealership I plan on working with, despite the fact that we live in Edmonton.

Excellent service. Serviced my fireplace, cleaned everything did every check possible to make sure everything was working properly. A very personable technician I highly recommend this company. I used this company on two occasions to service two separate Eurostar irons purchased by family members. Both were extremely happy with the product - they just needed a tune up after years in use. Both “fixes” were done promptly and effectively at minimal cost. The downside was the location out in Springbank but it was very easy to access. Found customer service to be very good.
