I went in to buy a new pair of prescription glasses and Sunny was a great help; he was extremely knowledgeable and made recommendations based on my needs. SNV mainly stocks higher end fashion frames but I was moreso looking for middle of the range frames. Regardless, I felt like a valued customer and had a positive purchasing experience. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Herman Shen for the last 15 years. He has always been courteous and thorough in all of his exams. There is always a wait, but that is normal and to be expected at all doctor offices who are popular and sought after.

This shop has many contemporary choices in frames and reasonably cheap prices. The guy is really nice and very knowledgeable. I purchased a contact lenses from him and he measured my eyesight perfectly which other opticians failed to do.
