Very satisfied with services there, both from the Doctor and the support staff. Advance reminders of appointments, no waiting. free parking out front, captioned television viewing available during sessions. Virtually painless treatment, always top notch results (what I like best of course) . Friendly and cordial staff.

I have been going here for years, in fact, before it opened as I have been using Manuel for maybe 15+ years. Except for the only one time when I went too short I have left with always great hair. I do not need to look at the back to make sure he did a good job. I have always had compliments about my haircuts. I held off highlights for a long time and now addicted and love the look and leave it in his capable hands to change up the hair style once in a while.

I have been to other telescope stores that lack attention, service, and give a bad feeling as if they are more bothered.
I was looking for an upgrade and went into Vancouver Telescope for the first time. These people are absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful, and returned the very next day. I am very happy with the owner's personal attention, and the staff. I will no longer go to any other store for an upgrade or accessories. I am happy with my purchase and look forward to my new telescope! Shame on the other store who made me feel like I was bothering them. This is a real store with real service and support! What a fantastic little eatery for a casual bite. Fantastic selection of nibblies and an even better selection of beers from around the world. A definite must for anyone looking to chill out in a funky downtown spot. Expect to wait on busy nights, I've been there twice now and each time had to wait 10 minutes for a table but the wait is worth every second...not to mention that they will bring you your first drink order to sip while you wait for a table to come free.
