Excellent customer service! I bought a Makita gardening kit online and two weeks later they put it on sale, with quite big difference what I paid! I emailed them and they gave me a refund after a couple of hours. Very nice experience, they stands behind there promise. Definitely recommend them, not just because of this but for the prices too. I would just like to thank the very professional lady at the desk who helped me with my online purchase of a desk for my grandson.
