I recently worked with Chef Dez and The Fold Catering for a fundraiser event, Party for a Cause, to raise money for a local at-risk youth after-school program. We had about 130 people attend and Chef Dez's dish was one of the most popular items at our food table. He was punctual, provided us with a chaffing dish, showed me how to use it properly, and let his food do the rest. I definitely recommend The Fold Catering for future events - they are energetic, passionate, committed, and professional!

Food was delicious but found it strange they would bring out the entrees before we were done our appetizers. Would be a nice venue for a wedding.
