I was nervous at first, but I called EasyDNA and Patricia was very helpful both over the phone and via emails. Anytime I had questions or needed direction, they responded immediately. The package came with clear, detailed instructions that were easy to follow. And once we received the results they came with a full explanation and, again, detailed results explained clearly and easy to understand. I’m very pleased with out overall experience. Juan came to fix my toilet, as it was plugged. I needed a new one. He left to buy the toilet and accessories to complete the job. He came back in a timely manner. Completed the job, cleaned up the area and took the old toilet away. I was quite satisfied, as we are seniors and could not have done this work ourselves. I also like the fact that all leaks are covered. He was also very knowledgeable and explained everything to me, step by step. Thank you Drain Rescue Plumbers.

I have had a very positive experience with them. They do good work . They are eco warriors and I like that they have a strong active social conscience. What also distinguishes them is that they are particular about timeliness, about cleaning up after they finish.. thoughtfulness rarely encountered.
