I have been to other telescope stores that lack attention, service, and give a bad feeling as if they are more bothered.
I was looking for an upgrade and went into Vancouver Telescope for the first time. These people are absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful, and returned the very next day. I am very happy with the owner's personal attention, and the staff. I will no longer go to any other store for an upgrade or accessories. I am happy with my purchase and look forward to my new telescope! Shame on the other store who made me feel like I was bothering them. This is a real store with real service and support! Copeman Healthcare has treated me with the utmost care and courtesy possible. They were very professional and the difference between attending an appointment at the Copeman Clinic and your typical non private health clinic is remarkable. Super professional and prompt service. They have a vast knowledge in a variety of automotive equipment. Just when I thought no one could fix it, they could! They’re also government certified and were able to provide equipment safety inspections for us. Larry always reminds us to send our A/C machine in for maintenance every 6 months so we don’t get caught without a machine in the busy summer months. Totally recommend this company for all your automotive equipment repair needs! Sam P
