I couldn’t have imagined a better experience for my two kittens getting spade and neutered. All the staff are so kind and loving with the animals. I got calls with updates on how they did and lots of explanation on how to care for them when we got home. Can’t say enough great things about this clinic!!!

I have had to deal with this clinic in emergency situations on more than one occasion and I have nothing but excellent things to say about them. They take the time to explain all my options, I never felt pushed or rushed in any way. They are sympathetic and it is obvious that they love animals! So impressed with Dr. Levstein and his entire staff.

Through the years I have worked with many veterinarians. Dr. Worden showed me what a veterinarian can be like and made it hard for all others to live up to that standard. Even though we now live 400 km away, I still go back to him for advice, opinion, and special treatments such as regenerative therapy.

Wow! Thank you to the amazing staff at Beatties Upper Centennial!
Our Chihuahua was attacked by a 85lb German Shepard last night. Not only did our pup sustain lacerations from the other dog, so did my husband. We showed up to Beatties and our pup was taken in RIGHT AWAY. The vet staff came out after getting him settled and dressed my husband’s hand so he could go to the hospital, as well as providing a wash cloth to clean up. The staff is exceptionally caring and you can tell they love what they do. I have 2 ferrets and the doctors were so knowledgable and gentle. I would recommend nelson animal hospital to all pet owners.

Our sincere thanks go to Dr. Sharon and the staff at Mountainside! There is a lot to be said for small neighbourhood animal hospitals where one can still find that caring, personal touch!
