I've used Multiple services with Tee over the years and it's always an adventure! His gym is awesome and has all the equipment one needs to get in shape, and stay fit! Tee is very educated in kinesiology also so his training is effective! 5 stars!

Nothing but good things to say. I went to tricore fitness after I injured my wrist and was able to find a workout that helps strengthen my wrist and also work on other muscle groups
