This jewellery store is by far a gem in Mississauga. Just want to say thank you! for the honest and transparent service provided. I walked in with my State jewellery for appraisal, loan and resetting of diamonds and left with a great sense of gratitude for the detailed oriented service I received. Gabriel was very helpful over the phone. Some stuff on the website had no price, but he went through everything with me and provided me with prices on the spot. He was very kind to me and answered all my questions. Brett was also very helpful and was prompt to send me an item (no charge) which i thought was missing (i found it and called him back). but they were both extremely helpful and kind, and responded within 24 hours to all of my emails. Very happy with their service and their team.
