once again Richard saves the day! Had my Tiguan in for oil change and check engine light FLASHING !!!! Scary! FIXED ! And through all this nasty cold snap (longest since 1998-and not done yet) she has amazed me just by starting! I've been going there roughly for 6 years and spent about $5000 thousand dollars,and the manager and staff very well,i spoke to the owner about a part time job and he told the manager to hire me,I've asked her numerous times to just give me a chance and if it didn't work out no hard feelings,but I'm thinking it's decrimanation as I'm 65,so i will never go back to Bubbles again,i can save $90.00 plus a month doing it myself and then i know it's done to my standards.

The service technician arrived within the stated time. He was prepared, knowledgeable, friendly, and also very kind to my wild pack of dogs. He fixed two of my appliances and provided me with information to make an informed decision about repairing the third appliance. Their rates are more than reasonable. Wow. I have found that the Leduc location is absolutely a pleasure to deal with. I had my sunroof explode on me and the next day they got the roof and replaced it within hours. I then proceeded to have the truck windshield fix and another hour passed and done. Fantastic service. Great price and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Love these guys. Thank you for making my ugly day turn good. Couldn't be more happier.

I called Cliffs Towing after my car broke down. Before the tow truck arrived, I found out that I could restart the car. However, I decided to wait for the tow truck in case the car broke down again. When the tow truck arrived, I explained the situation and the truck driver, Naveed, said that he would follow behind me as I drove my car to the garage. After I got to the garage, Naveed talked to his dispatcher and they decided that since they did not touch my vehicle, there would be no charge!
