BigSteelBox was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I had amazing customer service, the truck driver was kind and professional, and they always were able to help me when I was in a panic. Although moving is quite stressful, the girls in the office did everything they could to make me feel calm and comfortable. On the busiest of days, two days after X-mas, I came in and was attended to immediately who was able to go right to the last item, a specific TV, and rung it up..... and delivered it to my car at the far end of the parking lot; all with the greatest cheer. Best service I've received in a long time !
