Just got our Aunt, with dementia, into Sunpointe. Very clean and staff are very compassionate and caring! We are in Alberta so unable to be close to her all the time but have peace of mind knowing she is safe and well cared for.

I was not receiving emails and was unable to contact google to help me with this, and a nerdsonsite rep answered the phone right away and was able to guide me through solving this big problem for me. Within minutes, my email problem was solved and I was able to continue on with my business. I am so grateful for the kind and prompt help I received. I would recommend this service to anyone. The pharmacists appear to go above and beyond to offer their services. Was there three times and was treated like gold each time and greatly appreciated the extra effort and time that was given to me. Well Done!

We were completely impressed with the service from start to finish. They recommended the perfect system, answered all our questions, met us on short notice, did an excellent job on installation, cleaned everything up (were also careful to lay down tarps and not mess up the floors), and made sure we were not without heat in the process. Not the cheapest option, but well worth it; we are already seeing a reduction on our electrical bills as a result. Would strongly recommend.
