They were friendly and competent and explained everything to me. They left my bathroom in good shape with all the extra cardboard, etc. cleaned up and taken away.

A week ago I had a service done by Pro Ace Heating& Cooling LTD
in the past 20 years never have I experience such wonderful service

was proffesional funny and kind. He took his time to service the

Aston team installed two furnaces, heat pump and instant water heater. My good experience started from the moment when Patric came by and down the road including all the installations and fixing some minor issues with my heat pump which survived my massive home renovation. I'd like to thank all the guys who answered my questions and installed the equipment. This is a good company. They delivered prompt service, professional workmanship and positive attitude.
We had no heat for 2 days, 22nd and 23rd of December this year. I called a different company but they did not come as they said. I had BC Care Heating phone number from my neighbor with a nod. They came, brought back the heat, fixed the venting - main cause of our problem and gave my daughter a hi-five. Our family appreciated their service. They are our Christmas saver. Thank you very much

Fan in outside AC unit was not running - I thought the motor was dead. Hamid came, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, just needed a new capacitor. Also tested the refrigerant level, was down and needed topping up. All was done in a timely, professional matter and fully explained. He is a true technician, able to diagnose and repair and was able to do what another group failed to do.
