I went to Western Pride for the first time this morning. I had hoped to get my inside of my car detailed, but realized when I got there that I needed to book an appointment. Looking humorously not dressed to clean a car with a blouse and dress pants, I figure that I would just clean the car. The person there helped me to get the rinse nozzle and shampoo onto the right hose. He even offered to give me gloves given how inappropriately dressed I looked. That guy deserves a raise. So impressed!

Dealing with Brendon, the appraiser made the whole experience simple and stress free. The repair was done on time and an excellent job. My service rep Brandon was amazing and I get him every time I come in. He's very kind and very understanding. I live in the far SW and will only drive to your location if I have car needs. My Honda CRV and a deer had an unfortunate introduction, but A1 did a great job putting my vehicle back to like new.
The receptionist was delightful and if she is an indication of A-1s staff, I imagine the rest of the crew are happy at their job.
My suv was also cleaned inside!! What a pleasant surprise. Thanks so much for that service.
Also, since I could not leave the farm at that time, A-1 sent a person to come and get my vehicle to start on the repairs. Another nice perk! Well done A-1

Several months ago I had to get a mirror replaced on my old Toyota. They took me right in, got me to my work, and had the mirror installed by end of day. Great job. I had to get some scratches and dents removed on my brand new Mazda last month. They did an excellent job. I had another little incident in the same spot and they fixed it for free! I am so impressed with them. Lisa is the best! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for your help!
