Very friendly and helpful from the first encounter. I recall when I spoke with him, I did not tell him about my familial account, but his investigations showed that my parents had an account with Allstate which allowed me to get additional discounts on my insurance. Further, when I contacted him later about a discrepancy with Drivewise, he readily and quickly looked into it, rectifying the issue! He’s an outstanding Agent that goes above beyond for his clients! Heard this one before: He`ll be there between 10am and 2pm. Wait! What? He`s here and it`s 11am! OK, he`ll assess the problem and come back with parts another day, right? WRONG! Water heater needed to be replaced, he had one with him and was done everything in 2hrs. Bet you didn`t see that coming...neither did I. A company where customer service means something again. Very impressed!
