I am so impressed with the staff at Apel Auto! The first time I called, they had me come in right away and quickly repaired an item. Since then, they are where I go when I have a problem with my car, as well as for car maintenance. The staff is friendly and professional.
Most importantly, I can trust what their technicians say about my car. They remember my make and model when I call to make an appointment, and are accomodating. Plus, you get orchids when your car is finished servicing!

I have been going to Robin for around 12 years now and can’t imagine life without her. Great service and professional mechanics. It was pure luck that my car broke close to them, and they were the nearest car service available. The starter didn't work. I had no other option but to walk there. They helped me transport my car to their shop. After running diagnostics, they determined the problem and pointed out other issues. I was shocked that my usual mechanic missed them. It was actually dangerous for me to drive. They got me back on the road in less than 40 minutes. Thanks, guys!

Fan in outside AC unit was not running - I thought the motor was dead. Hamid came, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, just needed a new capacitor. Also tested the refrigerant level, was down and needed topping up. All was done in a timely, professional matter and fully explained. He is a true technician, able to diagnose and repair and was able to do what another group failed to do.
