Always helpful and accommodating - the service advisors are great. They always explain options and when you call them in an emergency situation - will bend in all ways to help you. I’ve had 2 cars with them for many years - and always a pleasure to deal with. I won’t go anywhere else

This store,compared with either Kitchener or Cambridge Walmart, is the cleanest, tidiest, and friendliest place to shop. I may be biased here, but the clientele seems to be more conscientious as well (Mennonite community?). I'm not from St. Jacobs, but I will come from Cambridge to shop here at this Walmart. At any rate, I've never walked in there to find garbage anywhere, and folks seem to have a sense of community pride here and are well-mannered. A very nice shopping experience whenever I go.

I have been a regular costumer for about 2 years now! They have always treated me with respect and have consistently gotten my order correct over time. They atmosphere is nice as the workers tend to treat you as a friend after a while which is a nice change from some other pizza places I have been to.

I have always found the staff here very friendly. Today I was helped by Barb, who is a superstar. She showed true empathy by walking me through what my options were with a friendly attitude. In a time when we cant rely on Canada Post, having staff like her at other shipping companies exposes their value to a critical point. Great company. everyone's friendly. Constantly have items on sale and they don't waste! want a cheap fridge? Well go to the clearance section. Brand new product on sale simply because there is a defect like a scratch or dent. Excellent eco friendliness. My whole kitchen is products from this store.
