hello my name is Brian H and I'd like to give a big thumbs up to Nicks for what happened today! After driving to all my regular spots to have a small project of an amazon hood ornament installed without any luck as a last effort I pulled into Nicks on my way home! After a short explanation of what I needed done Nick said pull it in and we'll see what we can do for you! Long story short after about 30 - 40 mins job done and at checkout NO CHARGE!!!!! This is the second time over a number of years that I have had to bring in my vehicle for repair. The work is alway excellent. But be prepared to set aside a chunk of your life to get the work finished. Imperial is very busy and getting your car finished in quick order is not their priority.
Bottom line, if you can wait, get your work done here. If you have a schedule, find someone else.
