This establishment is above and beyond not only was it a long weekend but they save me with two little boys and a brand new puppy took my truck helped me get a hotel and treated me like family making sure my truck would be fixed to have me and my family back on the road. for front end work, brakes, and drive train work i would not go anywhere else. Bruce is an excellent mechanic, and very fair with his pricing. When there is work out of his scope, he always recommends someone. Great little shop!!!

I was in town visiting my sister and my car started making a loud noise and I called Irv’s to see if I could get my vehicle in. They told me to bring it in they’d fit it in . I’m so appreciative for there service. I would recommend them highly reasonably priced and fast service.

Best experience I've had at an oil change place! I used to go to the Penzoil in Vernon for 3 years...for some reason it was always so expensive. Jiffy Lube showed me a 'new' fuel filter they put in which was used. SA & Westbank location will honestly tell me if I need something or I don't. Great price and great service! Never going back to a different oil change place. Now I always come here :)

on my way from red deer to ft mac my def froze on my truck. when i called jhg they were able to get me in the very next day . the price was reasonable and service was great ! i totally recommend their shop!

My RV was broken down at an intersection in cochrane on a busy August weekend. I was being honked at, people were shaking their fists at me (unbelievable), and my girls were sitting at a campground by themselves in Field. I was upset, a little desperate and feeling vulnerable (single lady alone). The Ama driver referred me to JD's auto center that would take me in right away to at least look at it (some i'd called were saying 2 weeks away even to give an opinion!) The mechanic looked at it right away and did some minor repairs/cleaned the fuel filter and sent me on my way without insisting I needed a new fuel pump etc. Ie. He was honest. The shop stayed open a bit later to accommodate me. I know how uncaring people in this world can be these days.... That day reset my faith in humanity and I was on the road that night; made it to Field at dusk to find my 2 frightened, much-relieved girls sitting at a picnic table at dusk. Can't thank you guys enough!!! -Heather

The entire team at JD Collision was extremely helpful. Throughout the stressful process of trying to deal with the insurance company, RCMP & handling the claim, they helped facilitate the whole process taking away a good chunk of the stressful experience I had when someone came down the side of my truck.

I decided to come here for the first time when I got interested in the Explorer. From the start I was greeted by friendly faces at the door and felt very welcome.
