I was very pleased with the repair service, and the follow up service they provided. Good, prompt, efficient and friendly. The first claim was an ICBC repair but then they were very helpful in the follow up when I thought something was wrong.

I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.

It was a good experience purchasing my new 2019 GMC Sierra from Preston GM. The sales person Henry Mieszkalski was exceptional to deal with. He was very willing to listen and to help me negotiate a fair price for my new truck. I was very happy with the price that we settled on and felt that it was a good deal.
