Just bought a great BMW 528i from Downsview Place Auto Group. Low mileage, great price. They did the safety themselves at a little extra. And a 4-yr extended warranty. I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.
