Highly recommend for the cheerful responsiveness when we had a flat tire on our way back to Michigan. We had a rental car and a tight schedule. It was a Saturday morning. The took us right on, replaced the tire, and even submitted preliminary documentation nor the rental company. They turned an unpleasant situation into stood one.

My son and I had our taxes prepared by Randa at this location. She was very pleasant and knowledgable and answered all my questions which put me at ease. Very efficient and quick and best of all, she got me a refund instead of the amount I had figured I would have to pay! Instead of dreading filing my taxes, she made it into a great experience. Checked 3 other stores for an ipod rechargable player that was on sale before Christmas and no one had one . One store checked the warehouse and said there was none available but Heather that works at that store was the only one to call and see when it would be in .She told me and i was able to get before Christmas.Bigger is not always better.

Incredibly helpful people who followed through quickly to schedule an installation. They know their products and provided us with valuable information. Just wanted to do this review as another way to say thanks to Stephen and his crew.Had a problem with sagging roof line, being that the house is very old the extend of the problem was an unknown. Stephen made a fair estimate and when the job was a little greater then expected he didn't over charge for the additional work.His crew were polite and hard working, they did a very good job and cleaned up well after themselves. Stephen's experience made this job possible ,Thanks again.
