I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. I decided it is time to start preserving my vehicle and get Rust Proofing done. I called this place and they were so friendly. When I arrived for my appointment they were well organized and welcomed me by my first name! I was very impressed that the man (who's name I do not know) was so courteous and professional. They did a great job on my car ( I was able to see them do the work through a glass window). After they rust proofed my car they gave it a quick wash, which I was not expecting. I would recommend this location, hands down! I will be going back yearly.

Like that they warranty parts and labour, can shop while vehicle is being serviced and have courtesy rides and vehicles for use while yours is being serviced
