Unbelievable work. I highly recommend. I am as picky as anyone can be and I was unable to find a single flaw in a 900sq/ft Reno. They shaved bowed walls, poly’d Windows (window coverings) and cleaned up everything when job was complete. I painted under bright halogen lights and a headlamp and couldn’t find a single blemish. Pure perfection.

I believe Tracy to be a very detailed inspector who genuinely wants to do the best she can for here clients. Tracy is approachable and friendly and I would recommend her to anyone wanting a thorough inspection of their current home to get it sale ready or anyone looking at a home for purchase.

I broke the screw that holds the lens in place. Ken recommended a jeweller to remove the buried broken screw. The jeweller removed the remnant and Ken provided a new screw. No charge! I insisted on a tip! I can see again. Thank you Ken.

Dr. Janic is a highly skilled, friendly dentist with a good sense of humour. He did two fillings for me today and it was the best experience with the procedure I've ever had. He's gentle and considerate with the process and works quickly, yet diligently. When it was done I was taken aback at how quick and pain free it was! Dr. Janic is one of Kamloops best. Definitely recommend him!
