He couldnt help me, because the part needed was out of stock... but he did something even better. He alerted me to the fact that Apple was issuing a recall on this particular issue, and helped me get it done for free through Apple. There was no reason for him to do this - he made no money on it. And I was so, so thankful for that. He is a great guy - and I have sent many people there after who were very satisfied!!!

honestly I've been a customer for 3 years and I've never had a bad experience, excellent prices and service and amazing staff / products. Regarding to the comment Paul E made, I think his comment is kinda stupid due to the fact of the NO REFUND POLICY written in RED BOLD writing as you enter the store, + it's buyers fault for purchasing something they didn't mean to buy, be more cautious of what you buy and be aware that theres no refunds after final purchase..
