Ilkb is by far the best workout program Ive expirienced. I started in with their six week challenge and lost a total of 24 lbs. Since then I havent been able to stop! The environment is positive and energetic and the instructors are always friendly and encouraging!

My wife and I used to love strolling the city and ending up at the Irish Heather for a pint (or three) and some fantastic authentic pub fare. This was in their original location. Then, we had a family and it took us a while to get back but we finally got back to check out their new digs and new menu. While the beer selection is still fantastic we were disappointed in the overall vibe. The food was still good but the value took a bit of a hit from their original location. While it was a great experience overall we still miss the original.

Whole Foods opened their first location at Park Royal and I eagerly awaited their arrival at Cambie Street when i saw the sign go up that they were locating their. Little did I realize that this meant the demise of my favourite Capers location just up the street at 16th and Cambie. For that reason it has taken me a long time to warm to this store. This store does not have the same vibe as the West van store but I think that is partly due to the space they have to work with. That said, they carry the best selection of organic and natural and special diet products in Vancouver. The prices are reasonable, if not a little steep at times but they often have specials that take the bite out of the grocery bill a little. They are the store to buy organic dairy products as the organic milk is the cheapest in town on a daily basis. The meat department is a full service butcher and everything is clean and fresh looking...that said the meat can tend to be a bit pricey. The bakery is good and the ready to go foods are always yummy. All in all this is a pretty good store and great for those of us who try to maximize the organic foods that we eat.

Hate the wait but love the food. If you come at 10pm on a Saturday still a 10 minutes wait. I have been here a couple of times before and always excellent. The meatballs in tomato sauce just amazing. We had the zucchini and rabbit pasta dishes and both so good. Cooked just al dente, good amount of flavour and just enough coating of sauce. Very good selection of by glass or bottle wines.

Pidgin est un restaurant chaleureux. Ce lieu apprécié est ouvert tard tous les jours de la semaine. L'accès est facile par transport en commun, ainsi que par vélo et voiture. Le secteur avoisinant est prisé pour ses nombreux restaurants, marchands et parcs.
L'abattoir est un établissement convivial. Leur bar est le coin rêvé pour prendre un verre. Ce lieu apprécié est ouvert en soirée tous les jours de la semaine. Vous pouvez vous y rendre aisément par voiture ou transport en commun.
Venez déguster un délicieux repas chez Ask For Luigi. Ask For Luigi est ouvert en soirée du mardi au dimanche. Vous pouvez vous y rendre par voiture et venez visiter cet endroit convivial.
