I had a very bad experience with Koodo customer service who were not helping with connecting me to the service I subscribed to end April. Thanks to Mudassar, the sales person at the Telus store,St. Laurent, I got a technician finally sent to my house, early June, connecting me to the service I had not been receiving since I subscribed 40 days earlier. Mudassar was taking the time to explain everything both by phone and in person. I’m writing to thank him for his outstanding professionalism.

My husband and I Delt with Ben on Saturday June 1. He was so helpful and answered our questions, he stayed until after closing to help us set up our new phones. What amazing customer service .
