Gill has been wonderful to me and my threee dogs, no issues whatsoeve. My dogs love going there and when groomed the groomers are very gentle and accommodating. I love the store and the variety of different products. I love this store ! Patricia

I love any place where I can take my puppy. Petsmart is a great place to take your dog to go get groomed. For an extra $10.00 you can get an express groom, so your dog is never kenneled and its done in less than an hour. It worked out to be $67-77 each time I go. The selection of snacks and dog food is great. I wish they had more dog clothes, as the selection is usually limited and they do not carry enough winter gear. The floors are always spotless and if you pet accidentally pees/poops, there are stations nearby where you can clean it up. There are also training classes available as well, although I have never tried them.

The owners and all of their staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone with a pet.

They are the best dog groomers I have ever had they treat my dog very special great cuts and the staff are just amazing great with the dogs they treat them like they are their own dog great place to take your dog to be groomed

We have been bringing our boxer/rottweiler, kevin, to calgary dog house since the day it opened. We rescued Kevin when he was 1 year old and he presents his fair share of challenges. Not only does Billie-Jo welcome Kevin to Calgary Dog House but she makes it very clear how invested she is in supporting kevin's needs. We have been acessing Billie-Jo's services for almost one year and have always been beyond thrilled with her commitment to providing only the best quality of care to the animals she works work. We have taken Kevin to several other daycares throughout the city but Calgary Dog House is by far our favorite. The genuine love for animals that Billie-Jo shows each time we see her is incomparable.
