I’ve never had a problem with any of the staff. The cashiers make friendly conversation and the pharmacists will make sure to pull you aside for a talk if they are concerned about something. It’s a nice feeling.

Great service! My current pharmacy could not fill a prescription for 3 weeks for a drug I was currently using and could not interrupt. We called Philbrook Pharmacy and Ming confirmed they had the drug we required and after having the other pharmacy transfer the order, Philbrook filled the order within an hour and called us for pickup.

Im a type 1 diabetic and have used many pharmacies before. I can honestly say this is one of the best locations ran by the best pharmacists. Ramesh is very knowledgeable, respectful and does everything in his power to make sure you have what you need, when you need it.
I needed medication on a Sunday, and was out of town one night and wasnt going to be back during store hours and he still accommodated me both times. Even delivered directly to my residence when I was in a crunch.
