They were honest about what my car needed to have done, they didnt try to gouge my bank account. There was a lot to be done and it was finished the same day that I brought it in. RBC branch in Gravenhurst is excellent - only complaint I have is that, if you need to speak to someone in your branch you cannot. The phone system is ridiculous. If I wanted to talk to a machine I would just buy a robot to talk to. It is very frustrating when you cannot get thru to your branch to talk to a live person anymore.

Im surprised theres no reviews here!! I used this service to appraise my step daughters car a couple of years ago and still recommend it to people as they were excellent. Made appt and they did a very fair appraisal and answered all my questions. Very cool environment as well. Thumbs up from me

I've used this shop a few times (4) and always have had great service the staff is friendly and the work of the shop is excellent. They make the process easy, there was a rental waiting or someone would take me to it and when done I just dropped the rental off in their parking lot. I'd use them again and actually will be in the near future.
