He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. Quality work you can trust at a great price. Matt has done roofing work for me twice now with skylights added the 2nd time and he stands by his work. Recommended him to a neighbor and out of the 4 estimates she received Matt was the best price and didn’t try to convince her that he was giving her an upgrade like others that only brought their job up to code.
