I purchased my first car here. I did my research online before going into the dealer. When I was there, the sales rep Cindy, was excellent. She informed me about everything and helped me decide on which model Rouge would be best for me without trying to force an up sell. As a customer I felt valued because Cindy cared, listened to my needs and then showed me a vehicle that was best suited for me. In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. The service advisor had one of the service technicians, who races, come out to talk with me and my son prior to a visit to Shannonville Motorsport Park.
