My family and I got into a car accident while moving to B.C. from Ontario. When arriving to Surrey, we were desperately looking for a long-term car rental. Aseem from Avis in Newton was more than accommodating and selflessly helpful making the entire process so much easier and stress free for us. He not only took a huge weight off of our shoulders but also extended a warm welcome and a helping hand when we needed it most. A Ford service dealer had flagged the need to replace the brake pads of my Ford F 350 tow truck. I made an appointment with Budget Brake & Muffler in Coquitlam, BC to replace my brake pads before embarking on a RV trip. I was pleasantly surprised when John Sinkie told me that my brakes were good for another 20,000 k’s & did not need replacing at this time. I find this honesty refreshing & rare. I will be using Budget Brake in Coquitlam for the service needs of all my vehicles. Well done John.
