Should have rated years ago. Customer since 2008 and Lloyd has been great at diagnosing auto issues and explaining what you need. He has done everything from oil changes to replacing a motor for me. Work is excellent and I have never had to return for a second fix. Prices are very fair and Lloyd does what he says and will check with you before doing any unplanned work. Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. Love this shop. Very knowledgeable and great to deal with. I went for the first time this year and I will be back. Honest and reliable service. The dealership didn't fix it right but these guys diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it the same day.

I bought a 2012 Mazda 3 from Mike almost 3 years ago for $8000 with under 100,000 km on it and its still a fantastic little car. I discovered my windshield had a crack a couple days after purchase Mike replaced it for free. I wouldn't hesitate buying another car some day.
