Great educator, knowledgeable instructor, well prepared and very entertaining. Lorraine is very flexible, she will go to your place to tech your staff at your convenience time. Two years ago I needed to have an I.V. for 2 days straight and Yurek delivered them to me so I could go and get the previous bag changed. They delivered everything to me, and came and picked up their equipment when I didn't need it anymore.
