Thank you! We called and left a message and got a call back right away. We booked the service for next day. They guys arrived on time and offered advise on issues they saw with flooring safety. We had our eaves cleaned and got a quote on a kitchen renovation and the rest of the work we want. The team was polite and friendly. Patrick and his crew did an excellent job, showed up on the appointed day at the appointed time. They got to work right away and trimmed the 60' maple in the front yard, part of which overhung the roof. The job consisted of cutting limbs, trimming branches, pruning the dead wood, and raising the canopy. Once the job was finished they cleaned up the yard so completey you'd never knew they were there. As well Pat has an excellent eye for shaping

Agree with other reviewer..all negative review may be faked by one person. Based on my positive experiences, i would want to know other side of the story and full details before believing negative reviews and customers atritudes. Im not a big a regular customer but I have shopped here for 12yrs.Sometimes go for advice,they treat me wonderfully,exact same as when buying items. I too bought trees, one died a yr later, showed photo and they gave me full refund as they no lomger carried same tree.
