Shopped around for my very first pick up truck and it says a lot when I want to return to a dealership to firm up a deal. Richard was an absolute gem provided straight up and genuine customer care. Glen and the team fixed a known issue with my 2015 Mustang, from reading other peoples experiences with this issue it seems hard to diagnose and correct but Glen and the team at Dixie Ford kept at it and finally after replacing some drive train components it is running smooth. Very easy experience, friendly service and provided a rental vehicle as my car needed to stay a few days.
