Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. I was sent to the flooring department and sat down with Lawrence a part-time employee who went above and beyond to help me. After over an hour of him searching and making phones calls he did it. Would highly recommend. Great customer service. Reasonable quote for a door installation. The work turned out to be more than was expected due to unforeseen issues but they stuck to the original quote. The installers were friendly and worked hard until the job was finished and we were completely satisfied. Good old fashioned workmanship that is rare in today’s ‘instant’ world. Couldn’t be happier with having picked Meer for our entryway.
