We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at The Sutton Place and had a fabulous dinner at the Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar! The attention to detail and service were outstanding! Awesome Asian fusion brunch with Filipino and Vietnamese influences. It was so good that I did not even notice my potato hash had no meat! It was comprised of a unique combo of ingredients including chick peas,l and sweet potato. I tried a bite of the breakfast Vietnamese bun and that was tasty too. There are 8 seats in the patio, not the best view as you see the viaduct but when it is sunny and warm it was just right. The service was friendly and excellent. Several spritzers available too.

We came here for the dinner, show and dancing. Every table had a good view of the stage. The Abba tribute band was fantastic. The service was excellent. The food was very good & We shared the 3 & 4 course options. We started off with endive salad, mussels, daily pasta special of Italian sausage in red sauce that was cooked al dente, risotto w/ porchini mushrooms & pork tenderloin. Along w/ a nice bottle of chianti we finished off with tiramusu & panna cotta. It was a great evening out.

Hands down great food eats here but long waits and your entire party needs to be present or they will not seat you, fair enough. I have been a few times now and all the food is very good and you have to start with one of their wonderful waffles and share your topping with the rest of your table to enjoy the different flavours. Worth waiting in line for.

Going along Broadway I have noticed the restaurant many times and finally decided to drop in for brunch to give it a go. We sat outside, we didn't mind waiting for a table there. Service was fine and the food came fairly soon. I had an excellent smoked ham benedict which came with cubed fries and a very fresh salad.

They use the NoWait program so you can see how many tables are ahead of you and they text you when your table is ready so you can stroll in the neighbourhood. The restaurant is narrow and the tables are small. It has a cool vibe. Seating at the bar is available too. The food is wonderful and so tasty. We had the braised beef special in a wonderful green sauce, the beef cheek, chicken, pork, and tuna tacos and the lamb shoulder dish. No room for dessert. Well worth the wait.

Made to order sandwiches on wonderful chewy bread. We tried the pork and the fish varieties accompanied by our side choices of pickled vegetables and green salad. All tasted fresh and tasty and unique blend. The brewed unsweetened iced tea was a nice finish. The restaurant has this wooden, rustic open feel. There is an entrance on both Powell and Alexander streets. Sufficient street pay parking at the edge of gastown.
