My daughter joined ACMA when she turned 6. Today she is 11 and is a brown belt. The reason I put her in karate at the time was because she was underweight and on the weaker side. I noticed a huge difference in one year. She gained weight, strength and endurance. Today, she is very fit and much healthier as a direct result of her training. It has also built her confidence and self esteem. I would highly recommend All Canadian Martial Arts to anyone at any age!!!
